If you are a new member and would like to get a free trial, please Click Here. With just your Name and Email we will set you up with a free trial to experience the full Riders and Rowers program. NEW MEMBERS can also go directly to the Kiosk and buy credits as a New Member. 

Managing your credits is done through our      e-commerce Kiosk. Using your Arbox user ID, logging into our Kiosk will allow you to quickly add those credits you need for our classes. 

Managing your class bookings is done through our IOS Arbox Client App ( Android). With your Arbox ID, logging into the App or web-based app will allow you to book classes, cancel classes and make changes to your user profile. 

Class booking are made through the app. Once booked, the zoom link is available in the app. Within 12 hrs of class start time, a push notification will also be sent to the participant though the app. Class Cancelations can be made up until start time. Once the class has started cancelations will not be honoured. 

We all experience it. The internet goes out, stops, or just doesn't transmit the way we hope. In the instance that the instructor's internet cannot fulfill a full class, attending participants will be given a 'free credit' in replacement. In the instance where a Participant has an internet issue, we recommend emailing us with details within 24hrs. We will make all efforts to ensure our clients have the best possible experience.
